Reiki is an ancient healing art. It is at the same time an energy healing method and spiritual healing related to the transformation of body, heart and spirit. Reiki is the ability to channel this universal life force and let it flow through you as well as others.

During the first Reiki attunement your energy circuit will be opened so that you are able to receive and channel the universal energy. This channel will remain open until the end of your lifetime. Reiki can only be transmitted through an attunement by a Reiki Master. The attunement will strengthen and align your energy circuits, so that you are naturally able to channel more chi/prana/universal life force through your body and transmit it to others. It is a very simple and uninvasive form of healing and transmitting the energy of love.

In this intensive weekend workshop you will learn:

•  the origin of Reiki

•  the Reiki hand positions

•  giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others

•  Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Dr. Usui including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho (developing your intuition), Byosen Scanning (detecting where Reiki is needed) and Kenyoku (dry bathing or clearing ones energy field).

Reiki is recommended for any one who is involved in personal transformation and the healing arts, who wants to strengthen the energy transmission that takes place in their lives or during their own healing path.

After this workshop you will be able to treat others or yourself with Reiki.

You will receive a comprehensive, illustrated manual, diploma as well as ongoing support.

Reiki II

The second Reiki attunement has a marvelous effect on mind, body and spirit. Reiki II raises your energies even higher.

During the workshop, students are initiated into the three sacred symbols of the degree, which increases the power of the energy as well as allowing the practitioner to project the Reiki energy at a distance, leading into a powerful form of absent healing. Psychic senses are often awakened and spiritual connections are enhanced.

Reiki II is a continuation of Reiki I. It enhances your Reiki energy and healing skills and prepares you to practice as a Reiki II Practitioner.

What will you learn:

• The Reiki II symbols & how to use them

• Japanese Reiki techniques as taught by Dr. Usui:

• Koki ho (using breath to send Reiki)

• Jacki-kiri Joka-ho (clearing objects of negative energy)

• Gyoshi ho (sending Reiki with your eyes)

• Enkaku Chiryo (sending distant healing)

Prerequisite is that you have received a Reiki I attunement from any Reiki teacher.

You will receive a comprehensive, illustrated manual, diploma as well as ongoing support.

Cost: CHF 400. -

(If Reiki level one and two are taken on the same weekend, the total cost for both courses is 600.- instead of 650.-. In this case the inscription needs to be done beforehand)

This workshop offers a unique approach to self-hypnosis that will help you make concrete, positive changes in your life; for example lowering stress and anxiety, achieving specific goals for weight loss or improving self-confidence when speaking in front of others. Hypnosis is absolutely safe and can be applied many times during the day as wanted; there is absolutely no danger to it.

The workshop will give you insight what hypnosis really is and what it is not. Participants will learn how to quickly bring themselves into a state of hypnosis and how to exit hypnosis safely on their own.

This approach is unique because it helps you remove your old programming which is holding you back from succeeding, like removing a virus from your computer. The “deprogramming” will free your mind so it will accept the suggestions given by yourself during self-hypnosis. This will guarantee your success to the desired outcome.
